3  A serious left hand turn accident  Serious bus/pedestrian accidents at or near a crosswalk  Chain accident rear enders  Accidents with 10 or more passengers on fixed route bus or some sort of serious vanpool accident

4  Significant vanpool accident  2 bus vs. pedestrian accidents  One double fatality bus/motorcycle accident
