SFC Metro Manila Conference July 20, 2012 PILGRIMAGE SFC’s grateful journey with Mary to Jesus
2
Why have a PILGRIMAGE? SFC’s usually take the Friday off to be able to go the the MMC venue. May not all of the SFCs but most of the SFCs. Since they are already there on Friday, why not maximize the whole day for them. Leave Manila Friday early 5am. Quezon is a famous place for pilgrims during Holy Week and any other important seasons of the church because of its beautiful and old churches surrounding the vicinity located in the Quezon Province. Its not by accident that the venue is there, so why not take advantage of the graces we can receive by visiting for the first time the churches in Quezon Province. For all we know some if not most SFCs also if given the opportunity will also visit the churches, take pictures and gaze at its history and beauty.

Why have a PILGRIMAGE? Pilgrimage is not just a tour around Quezon Churches but also a Spiritual Preparation of our SFCs to the meat and main message of the Lord for them in the Conference. – Where we allow them to journey and prepare their hearts, mind and spirit for the conference. – Pilgrimage will make the SFCs unload excess baggage they have and allow them to receive more in the MMC sessions. (anxieties, fears, concerns) – Pilgrimage will allow them to initially process things by themselves through a journey and truly prepare for the conference.
