2 Technische Universität München Official Stuff 90 minutes written Exam Time to just ‚read‘ exam No own material allowed You will get a new formulary (identical to the one that we handed out) Non-programmable pocket calculator is allowed Pencils are NOT allowed (not even for drawing /sketching – sorry, TUM law)

3 Technische Universität München Official Stuff Part 2 Bring some colored pens (No red & green) ~15-20 problems Problem types: explain, name, sort, label, sketch, calculate You do not need 100% for the best grade

4 Technische Universität München General Recommendations Write down equations (they already get you points) If you are stuck on a problem, go on with the other problems first, then return after you have dealt with the rest of the problems. If you are missing a value, then assume a reasonable value and go on. No derivations needed. Know how to use equations & basic understanding
