3. INTRODUCTION In this module, you will learn how to: Correct a previously submitted Unit Tract Revision. Note: As per the Petroleum Joint Venture Association (PJVA Model) When a modification to an Exhibit A is required it is considered an Exhibit A Revision. If an error of a clerical nature occurs it is considered an Exhibit A Correction. Prerequisite Learning Module Before proceeding we recommend that you view the Unit Agreement Exhibit A Roles, Unit Tract Revisions and Unit Agreement Exhibit A Reports modules located in the Online Learning portal. 3

6. ADMINISTRATIVE INFORMATION - CONTINUED Only Revisions that are in Open Years may be corrected. Open Year Revisions will be highlighted in Yellow. 6

8. ADMINISTRATIVE INFORMATION - ATTACHMENT Optional Adobe PDF and Microsoft Word backup documents can be attached by first Saving the Request, then browsing for your desired document. Once back in the Request click Add button to attach. If you wish to add an additional document repeat. 8

9. SUBMIT REQUEST Once your Correction has been completed in either the Administrative, Unit Tract or Royalty Owners tabs (see Unit Tract Revision Training Module for the next steps), you must Submit the Request. 9

10. STATUS AT SUBMITTED Successfully submitting your request will change the Request Status to Submitted. The request will now be processed by Alberta Energy. 10

11. EMAIL NOTIFICATION OF COMPLETED REQUEST Once your Correction Request is processed the Creator will receive an email notification that the Request is now Complete. 11

12. WORK IN PROGRESS – COMPLETED STATUS The Request must be at the status of Completed to submit the Exhibit A Report (see Unit Agreement Exhibit A Reports Training Module). 12
