4. Questions We Seek To Answer: What constitutes gambling? Is it a sin? Can we prove it is a sin – even though not mentioned specifically in the Bible? How can betting $2 on a horse or $5 on the lottery be wrong, but losing $1,000 in stock market is not? Can it be justified on basis of revenue?

The Arkansas Democrat- Gazette surveyed the compensation of state lottery directors and found that only Georgia and Tennessee pay their lottery administrators more than Passailaigue's $324,000 per year.
