The Cost Benefit Analysis Healthy employees are 3 times more effective than less healthy OR 143 effective hours per month compared with 49 hours effective hours for less healthy.

Next Steps Importance of matching any intervention to individual workplaces/workplace cultures Empowerment of drivers is critical. Any successful program needs to engage individuals to make healthy choices. Resilience, harassment and bullying and healthy lifestyle choices would be first steps.

Next Steps Next year Interact Injury Management will be involved with APTIA in the development of a Health and Well Being Kit as a product of the survey and developed knowledge acquired from the strategic alliance with APTIA.
