2. Vanessa Meloni Massara The highway “Raposo Tavares” (1937) begins at the end of a street in the Butantã neighborhood on the south side of São Paulo. It officially starts at km 9.8 and has its start and end within the state. In total, 654 km passing through 30 municipalities to reach Wenceslas President (SP), on the border with Mato Grosso do Sul. This viaduct is part of the of the same name highway complex, and passes the Raposo Tavares district in the city of São Paulo.
