If your child’s birthday is on the weekend, please send a note to school stating your preference of sending treats on the Friday or Monday. For outside parties, please send invitations in the mail, this will hopefully eliminate hurt feelings. Summer birthdays will be celebrated in May or we may celebrate your Half Birthday – just let me know.

Some of the tickets are: Keep an animal friend at his/her desk for the day and chew Trident gum in the morning—just to name a few. I only do this for the first semester of school.

Marbles in the “Bucket” Marbles are given when the entire class follow the classroom rules: Walking quietly in the halls, listening to the directions the first time, and being respectful to others, etc. “Have You Filled Your Bucket Today?” is a book written by Carol McCloud which this concept is taken from.
