CLASS NOTEBOOKS Your OneNote Class Notebook is organized into three parts: Student Notebooks -- a private notebook shared between the teacher and each individual student. Teachers can access every student notebook, while students can see only their own. Content Library -- a read-only notebook where teachers can share handouts with students. Collaboration Space -- a notebook for everyone in your class to share, organize, and collaborate

STAFF NOTEBOOKS Your OneNote Staff Notebook for Education is organized into three parts: Collaboration Space -- a notebook for everyone in your group to share, organize, and collaborate. Content Library -- a read-only notebook where staff leaders can share information with staff members. Private Notebooks -- a private notebook shared between the staff leader and each individual staff member. Staff leaders can access every staff member notebook, while staff members can see only their own.
