Status & Role of SRDH 12  Data shared with State SRDH amounts to 5.0 Cr.  SRDH may start offering web-services to all Depts to facilitate Aadhaar Seeding, Validation etc.  State has applied for an AUA & KUA; Nodal Depts can quickly become DSDV User DSDV facilitates seeding & validation (for non- consent data also)  SRDH can play facilitator/ enabler role for State Govt. departments in Seeding and Validation. Part of ICT funds can be utilized for this purpose.

Few Successful Aadhaar Initiatives & Benefits drawn 15  By mere seeding of Aadhaar, PDS of AP & TS could weed-out 66.51(17%) lakh ration units & 72.72(21%) lakh units respectively.  AePDS in AP resulted in additional savings of about 10-12% by introducing benf. Authentication in all 28,500 FP Shops.  AP Pensions could weed-out 6.5 lakh ghost benf.  Jharkhand Govt. implemented AePDS in 3 districts, AePS for MNREGA & Pensions through India Post, AeBAS in State Govt.  Chandigarh could weed-out 45,000 ration units by de-duplicating with LPG benf. Data  Kerala - Experience in seeding of student’s Aadhaars leading to identification of excess teachers.

17. Commendable initiatives of Tamil Nadu Govt. Sweep Mode Enrolment: A pproximately 50 Lakh residents enrolled during past three months. School enrolments have been given priority. Social Security Pension : seeding has been extremely commendable, success rate of 92% achieved, indicative of dedicated planning and execution

18. SRDH: Regular conduct of SRDH review meetings and laying emphasis on Seeding has been a key feature in giving momentum to Aadhaar Applications. Re-issue of Aadhaar card: The Govt. of Tami Nadu vide GO No. 423 has issued directives for flood affected victims in terms of issuing duplicate documents that are important. In this regards Govt. of Tamil Nadu requested UIDAI to reprint the Aadhaar card for 6070 flood victims. The matter was considered and new letters will be despatched during Mar 2016.

19. Release of ICT funds:  HQ UIDAI has recently (28-Jan-2016) sanctioned 2.72 Crore funds towards for 2 and 3 Tranche.  With this release a total sum of rupees 3.22 Crore stands released for Govt. of Tamil Nadu. IEC Activities:  Print Media Advertisements planned.
