Be part of the future! Career Opportunities Mechanical engineering technology is one of the broadest disciplines in engineering technology. A graduate with a BSMET can expect a wide range of options. Mechanical engineering majors are in high demand in the bio-mechanical field, aeronautics, energy transfer, robotics, automation,composite materials, alternative energy to name only a few. Many of our graduates have started their careers with some of the major companies around the Northwest. Our graduates currently are employed in a wide range of geographically diverse companies in positions that vary from design, manufacturing, HVAC and supervision.
