Fabrication of Insulation Pieces – 16’ Door only: 1 – Set up Fixture so that White Guide Board is closest to you a) If you are Left handed, material is feed from your left b) If you are Right handed, material is feed from your right 2 – Unroll Insulation (as much as the area will permit 3 – Align edge to the White Guide Board 4 – Cut 32 pieces at 20 ¾” and use these pieces to size others 5 – Leave 16 of the remaining 20 ¾” at 24” width at current width of roll 6 – Cut 16 of these 20 ¾” pieces to 23 3/8” 7 – Need to trim overlap on right side between 2 @ 24” pieces 8 – Cut 4 pieces from scraps 1 ½” wide for left side filler Installation of Insulation Pieces: a)Roll each piece backwards to take the curvature out of it b)Position the door so the lowest panel is at chest height c)Apply construction adhesive to inside metal surface of panel d)A strip of adhesive along the upper, middle and lower surfaces e)Adhesive drops added to indented portions of the panel f)Insulation is applied to metal panel without wiping the adhesive g)Once in place, compress insulation so the adhesive covers more surface h)For Filler pieces, apply adhesive to insulation and install i)Continue process until all pieces have been install j)Go back to the 1 st panel and compress each of the panels a 2 nd time k)If needed, go over the panels again.

Fabrication of Insulation Pieces – 16’ and 6’ Doors: 1 – Set up Fixture so that White Guide Board is closest to you a) If you are Left handed, material is feed from your left b) If you are Right handed, material is feed from your right 2 – Unroll Insulation (as much as the area will permit 3 – Align edge to the White Guide Board 4 – Cut 44 pieces at 20 ¾” and use these pieces to size others 5 – Cut 16 of these 20 ¾” pieces to 23 3/8” 6 – Cut 4 of these 20 ¾” pieces to 23 ½” 7 – Cut 4 of these 20 ¾” pieces at 23” 8 – Leave 16 of the remaining 20 ¾” at 24” width at current width of roll 9 – For the right side of 16’ door, trim off overlap between 2 @24” pieces 10- Using scraps, cut 8 - 20 ¾” pieces as fillers (4@1 ½” & 4@1”).
