Prime Objective of the Secretariat for Social Economy Design, interlink, and evaluate social-economy promotion policies, favoring full integration for social actors and promoting local development and regional economies. Among the activities and measures that it pursues to carry out and meet its objectives, the SECRETARIAT promotes the development and strengthening of socio-productive projects by means of subsidies, microcredit, and technical assistance.

BUDGET: 30% of the SES 2016 budget will be used to finance provincial projects. WHO ARE THE RECIPIENTS: All the provincies and states of the Republic of Argentina will be direct recipients. WHO BENEFITS Beneficiaries are all those people in situations of social vulnerability, defined as those having structural barriers to economic development. 30%
