2 2 Information needed for registration includes: – Social Security Number – Date of Birth – Zip Code – Email Address Registration www.myaccount.ascensus.com/rplink www.myaccount.ascensus.com/rplink Click Need to Register? Click “ Register Me Now ” follow the prompts to sign up for account access. After completing registration you will automatically navigate to online enrollment.

3 3 Online Enrollment consists of the following steps: – Plan Highlights – Selecting your Investment Options – Completing your Beneficiary Form* – Confirmation After each step is completed you will return to the main enrollment screen to continue to the next step. – The “Status” column on the right updates after each step is completed to show what steps you have completed successfully. Confirmation – The final screen shows all steps are complete and will allow you to make changes to selections already made in any step. Online Enrollment * Optional plan-level feature

4 4 Review and acknowledge general plan rules or highlights regarding applicable plan features: – Eligibility – Contributions – Vesting – Withdrawals – Loans Step 1 – Plan Highlights

5 5 Set deferral rates for any contributing employee sources. Step 2 – Set your Deferral Rate

6 6 Step 3 – Select your Investment Options Enter investment elections for future contributions. You can also access: – Fund Performance Grid – Fund Prospectuses – Fund Fact Sheets Enroll/Change Model* (Asset Allocation Program) * Optional plan-level feature

7 7 Step 4 – Complete your Beneficiary Form Electronic or Download or print a beneficiary designation form. Click the acknowledgment box to confirm you have printed the form.

8 8 Step 5 - Confirmation Printable confirmation screen for your records. “Logout” If plan is not yet “live”. “Access My Account” If plan is “live”.
