Turn on Your iPad and then… 1)Select English 2)Select United States 3)Select DVUSD Mobile as your wifi network 4)Select enable location services 5)Hit Nex t 6)Login in with regular school username and password 7)Select “Passcode Options” at the bottom of the screen and then select 6 Digit Numeric Code. Enter your student ID. 8)Sign in with your school Apple ID (username@learner.dvusd.org)username@learner.dvusd.org 9) “Agree” to the Terms and Conditions. 10) After the setup is complete select Get Started.

3. It MIGHT take up to 24 to 48 hours before you will be able to download apps, get email, and access the internet. Please do not put in a help desk ticket until after 48 hours. Throughout the day, check to see if your iPad internet is working.  Before tomorrow we would really like you to update the iPad Software  Go to Settings  Select “Software Update” on the right side and update the software if needed.  If you connect to your home wifi, update it at home if you can’t at school. You can’t download any apps until you update the software. 4. If you are a student who did NOT reset your iPad at the end of last school year, it has to be reset now. You can NOT keep your iPad as is. It won’t work properly If you forgot your Apple ID password. You can go to iforgot.apple.com to reset the password If this doesn’t work, you will need to go to our website at www.dvusd.org/Domain/41.
