Levels set up with Units—short term goals Many levels set up with “early success” assignments 2 week planners help celebrate “good” weeks; set reasonable goals for next 2 weeks Early acceptance bursary Class representatives at SUCCI SafeTALK Certification Students selected for promotional materials—photos, profiles, guest speakers, panelists, members of focus groups etc End of Orientation celebration Level completions—wall of fame!
