8. Lets be honest It is incredibly difficult to make an observation. Very often we like to jump to some kind of assumption. We like to draw conclusions immediately because we are hardwired to see connections. We instantly relate it to something we have from our past experiences. These can get in our way and lead to wrong or poor outcomes.
