These forms are to be submitted via e-mail following all fire drills. Fire drill report forms should be completed, as thoroughly as possible, immediately after the conclusion of a drill and sent to that area’s Area/Senior Coordinator, the Security Coordinator (Ricky Young), Director of RPS (Rick Gibson) & the Associate Director for Residence Life (Ralphel Smith) or the Associate Director for Staff Development and Student Conduct (Keener Scott). Fire drills must be held at least once every semester, no later than three weeks after the beginning of the semester. Evacuations as a result of false alarms may be considered fire drills if the evacuation was properly conducted in the judgment of the area or senior coordinator.
