18. PLATTING REQUIREMENTS Platting Issues County Code has 3 separate Articles describing the requirements for platting. Inconsistencies occur within Article II Chapter 30 and Article IV Chapter 34. The proposed amendment will update County Code and address the inconsistencies.

20. GATED COMMUNITY REGULATIONS Current Authority Subdivision Regulations, Chapter 34, Article VIII – Gated Communities Background Previous BCC Work Sessions held October 30, 2007 and April 29, 2008 – Discussed gated community issues, the existing ordinance and proposed ordinance changes
