What is There to See and Do? Karlovy Vary day trip Karlovy Vary is a popular spa town situated 120km west of Prague. The town also has a theatre, art galleries, casinos. Marianske Lazne is also a scenic spa town nearby and an intense day can be spent at both the towns.
