5 Compensation Plan  Direct Sponsor Incentive When an active retailer of DIRECT BAZAAR will introduce and convert one or more prospects into active retailers of DIRECT BAZAAR for buying our product then he/she will get Rs. 100 as commission on every time for his/her introduction activities. Remember this Referral Incentive is Rs. 100 & limited to all packages. If anyone refers directly more than 2 persons with minimum 100PV the 3 rd person onwards will be counted as the 1 st Level in recharge and Service Commission

6 Compensation Plan  Sales Matching Incentive This is purely a Two Sides Matching Plan. In the Business ID Panel of a retailer there will be two sides. One of LEFT SIDE & other is RIGHT SIDE. If any Active Retailer of Direct BAZAAR wants to earn from this format then he/she have to sponsor two active Retailers in his/her LEFT and RIGHT side and have to teach & motivate his/her sponsor retailers to recruit more retailers. Thus it creates a team of Retailers under his/her ID panel and Company Compensates Retailers on the basis of Sales Matching Format of LEFT SIDE 100 PV & RIGHT SIDE 100 PV = RS. 200. But

12 Repurchase Incentive  Merchandising Profit You can earn money in terms of merchandising profit (MP). Merchandising Profit means you can buy the products from company at Associate Price (AP). And sell at Maximum Retail Price (MRP) to the customers. The differential amount of MRP and AP is your Merchandising Profit. Merchandising Profit = Maximum Retail Price – Associate Price (MP=MRP-AP)

13 Repurchase Incentive Personal Sales Incentive (Self):  Personal Sales Incentive (Self): When a Retailer/IBA buys any products from Repurchase Product Category; he/she gets Product PV (Point Value). For example, if a retailer buys a Hemohills Blood Purifier Tablets and he/she will get 100 PV against this particular product. This retailer will get Direct Commission 50% of 100 PV: which means 50 PV (Rs. 50) and 50% of rest 50 PV means 25 PV will be added to the weaker side of this retailer, who purchases a Hemohills Blood Purifier Tablets and same PV (25PV) will also be added to the all LOS (Line of Sponsor) ID where his/her placement belongs. That means, it will work same as the Sales Matching Incentive Plan. In the sales matching incentive plan 1 PV (Point Value) = Rs. 1. 14 Repurchase Incentive  Team Repurchase / Sales Incentive When a fellow associate under my team buys any product from Repurchase Products Category; his/her 50% Product PV (Point Value) will be added to my sales matching incentive plan. For example, if a retailer from my team buys a Hemohills Blood Purifier Tablets his 50% of 100 PV (means 50 PV) will be added in my sales matching incentive.
