4 GOVERNANCE STRUCTURE ANNUAL GENEAL ASSEMBLY ANNUAL GENEAL ASSEMBLY Meets annually on the last Wednesday of March. Made up of two delegates from each of the 39 National Federations BOARD OF MANAGEMENT BOARD OF MANAGEMENT Meets Quarterly. Made up of 1 delegate from each of the 39 National Federations. EXECUTIVE BOARD EXECUTIVE BOARD Meets monthly. And consists of 9 members. COMMISSIONS COMMISSIONS
