Discussion Groups: To what degree do you submit people for national awards (Exec of the Year, National Member of the Year, etc.?) How about Silver and Gold Knights? Other NMA awards shown here today? What other awards does your chapter give in addition to NMA Awards? What are your lessons learned and best practices for completing the monthly Chapter Achievement Report form? What are the “secrets” for winning an Excellent, Superior, or Outstanding Award?
