The yellow boxes in the process highlight the steps which the employee is involved in: Initiate a Visa process for extending a current Employee’s visa Initiate a PERM process for a current Employee

3HONEYWELL - CONFIDENTIAL File Number HRS will initiate a workflow in the portal Manger will receive an e-mail asking for their approval or rejection If manager rejects, they will need to notify you & HR If manager approves, HR will receive an e-mail asking for their approval or rejection If HR rejects, they will need to notify you & the manager If HR approves, a notification will be sent to HRS to initiate the case with Fragomen HRS will send the manager a visa initiation form to complete Manager will need to complete the initiation form and e-mail it to HRS HRS will submit the initiation form through Fragomen’s IHP site Fragomen will receive initiation form and send you an e-mail to complete documentation You will need to complete the documentation and submit it through the IHP site Fragomen prepares case & sends document to you & HRS to review & sign You & HRS review and send signed documents to Fragomen Fragomen files the case Once case is approved Fragomen notifies you, HR, Manager, & HRS Start HRS initiates approval workflow Manager approves HRG approves HRS and Fragomen initiate visa case End Manager provides completed initiation form to HRS EE submits documentati on through IHP site Fragomen prepares case EE & HRS sign-off the case Fragomen files the case Fragomen notifies approval to Mngr, EE, HR and HRS Initiate a Visa process for extending a current Employee’s visa Employee Role

5HONEYWELL - CONFIDENTIAL File Number Fragomen will schedule a teleconference with HR, manager, you, & HRS to discuss case Fragomen creates job description and sends to manager, HR, & you to review and/or make changes You, HR & manager make any needed changes to job description and send back to Fragomen Fragomen files prevailing wage with Department of Labor HRS discusses prevailing wage determination with manager & HR If prevailing wage is met, Fragomen creates recruitment documents & sends to HRS HRS follows perm guidelines and posts recruitment documents HRS sends all candidate resumes to manager, to complete an applicant evaluation form Manager will need to review all resumes and conduct phone screens with all minimally qualified candidates Manager will need to complete an applicant evaluation form for all candidates and send completed forms to HRS HRS will compile all applicant evaluation forms and resumes and send to Fragomen If a qualified candidate is found, the perm process ends If no qualified candidate is found, Fragomen will prepare the case & send documents to you & HRS to review & sign You & HRS review and send signed documents to Fragomen Fragomen files the case Once case is approved Fragomen notifies you, manager, HR, & HRS Initiate a PERM process for a current Employee Employee Role – Page 2 of 2
