Course Objectives Today: – Participants will Gain an overview of EE4NJ identify their core values and personality type develop an initial Vision for their classroom Additional Sessions: – Participants will Develop greater expertise in each area of teacher excellence as identified under the EE4NJ Model Develop their goals to be prepared for “Distinguished” under EE4NJ

MVVG Operational Mission Vision Values Goals Personal Mission Vision Values Goals Defining your personal MVVG is critical in succeeding in your organization. In high performing organizations, there are clearly defined goals which are directly connected to achieving the mission so that the vision is realized. The high performing organization also defines the core values and they are observable in everything they do.

Tony Robbins “If you don’t keep growing, you’ll feel dead” Money, won’t do it. People need growth, purpose, and breakthroughs. Breakthroughs come from asking better questions? Before you can ask better questions, you need to know: current performance, obstacles, and measurement (how will you know when you get to your goal) – THIS WILL BE TIED BACK TO GOAL SETTING
