11.  Remove natural gas from the pipeline  Completed the week before the hydrotest  Fill the line with water  Pressurize the system  Normal operating pressure is 788 PSI  Test pressure is up to 1,350 PSI Relatively short duration (approx. 30 minutes)  Reduce to intermediate pressure at 1,225 PSI Maintain for 8 hours How the Test is Performed 11

12.  De-pressurize the line  Drain the water from the system  If any integrity issues are found:  They are corrected as soon as possible  The hydrotest is performed again Any re-testing will be performed as soon as possible, during the same hours  Resume normal natural gas service How the Test is Performed (con’t) 12
