2 Kansas HPV Data Updates Kansas HPV Vaccination Rates by Region – Source for Kansas Statewide Benchmark, County-level Rates and Regional Rates is the Kansas Immunization Registry (KSWebIZ), August 2014 – Participation in KSWebIZ is voluntary, and not all Kansas providers report data to the registry. The data reflects outcomes of providers who participate and may not be representative of all providers practicing in the county or region – The not perfect, the registry data is the only data source available to us for this type of analysis at this time – Source for National Benchmarks is 2013 NIS-Teen
