THESE WERE:-OBSERVATION SCHEDULE 1, OBSERVATION SCHEDULE 2, LEGER (BLEEP) TEST AND COOPER (12MIN RUN) TEST YOU ALSO COMPLETED A SELF REFLECTION GATHERING DATA TASK, A SELF REFLECTIVE PERFORMANCE INDICATOR AND PERFORMANCE PROFILING WHEELS YOU WILL BE ASKED AT SOME STAGE TO DESCRIBE THESE IN DETAIL YOU WILL BE ASKED AT SOME STAGE TO EXPLAIN HOW AND WHY YOU CONDUCTED THEM WHAT MAKES THESE METHODS A VALID PIECE OF INFORMATION?

TASK 2 - HOW DID YOU DECIDE THE ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES IN THE FAST BREAK? CIRCUIT STATION 1- THE BALL CARRIER HAS TO GUIDE EACH OF THEIR BLINDFOLDED TEAM MATES THROUGH THE COURT WITHOUT STEPPING ON ANY CONES STATION 2 - THE BALL CARRIER HAS TO GUIDE THEIR BLINDFOLDED TEAM MATES ONE AT A TIME TO PICK UP CERTAIN CONES AND RETURN

8 APPROACHES TO PERFORMANCE DEVELOPMENT CONTINUED… STATION 3- THE BALL CARRIER HAS TO GUIDE EACH OF THEIR BLINDFOLDED TEAM MATES OVER THE OBSTACLE COURSE ONE AT A TIME CONDITIONED GAMES PROGRESSION 1-IN YOUR TEAMS YOU HAD TO PLAY A GAME AND ONLY PASS IN NUMERICAL SEQUENCE I.E. 1 TO 2 TO 3 AND SO ON PROGRESSION 2-AS ABOVE BUT YOU COULD ONLY HOLD ONTO THE BALL FOR FIVE SECONDS PROGRESSION 3-AS ABOVE BUT YOU COULD ONLY HOLD ONTO THE BALL FOR THREE SECONDS PROGRESSION 4-A PAIR IN YOUR TEAM ALWAYS HAD TO BE ATTACHED TO EACH OTHER
