2. POSEIDON Poseidon had a palace under the sea and he lived with the sea nymphs. He was known for being moody. He had a son named Polyphemus.

3. HADES Hades tricked Persephone into staying in the underworld. Hades is the god of the underworld. His Greek name is Pluto

4. ZEUS Zeus was the Greek god of the sky. Zeus had a wife named Hera. ( see slide 5) He was Chief Judge of Mt. Olympus.

5. HERA Hera had a pet peacock. Hera was worshiped by women all over. Hera had little luck managing Zeus. ( see slide 4)

6. HESTIA Most Generous. Every human prayed to her. Hestia never disagreed, even for the most ridiculous request.
