2.  In Christianity, spiritual gifts are endowments given by the Holy Spirit. [1] These are the supernatural graces which individual Christians need to fulfil the mission of the church. [2][3] They are described in the New Testament, primarily in 1 Corinthians 12, [4] Romans 12, [5] and Ephesians 4. [6] 1 Peter 4 [7] also touches on the spiritual gifts. [1] The gifts are related to both seemingly "natural" abilities and seemingly more " miraculous" abilities, but all spiritual gifts are empowered by the Holy Spirit. 3.  1 Corinthians 12  12 Now concerning spiritual gifts, brethren, I would not have you ignorant.  2 Ye know that ye were Gentiles, carried away unto these dumb idols, even as ye were led.  3 Wherefore I give you to understand, that no man speaking by the Spirit of God calleth Jesus accursed: and that no man can say that Jesus is the Lord, but by the Holy Ghost.  4 Now there are diversities of gifts, but the same Spirit.  5 And there are differences of administrations, but the same Lord.  6 And there are diversities of operations, but it is the same God which worketh all in all.  7 But the manifestation of the Spirit is given to every man to profit withal.  8 For to one is given by the Spirit the word of wisdom; to another the word of knowledge by the same Spirit;  9 To another faith by the same Spirit; to another the gifts of healing by the same Spirit;  10 To another the working of miracles; to another prophecy; to another discerning of spirits; to another divers kinds of tongues; to another the interpretation of tongues:  11 But all these worketh that one and the selfsame Spirit, dividing to every man severally as he will.

6.  Lets take for example “prophecy” :  There is a difference between the office of a Prophet and the gift of prophecy  The gift of prophecy is one of the nine spiritual gifts of the Holy Spirit.  If someone receives a word or scripture or word of affirmation for someone he is acting in the gift of prophecy.  Ephesians 4:11  And he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers; These are people given to act specifically in one of those gifts We can also say it is people given to the Church by God for a certain function. An office is someone that will be moving powerfully in that specific gift For a certain function in the Kingdom of God. But they will also be able to flow in the other 9 gift.

7.  First of all there is a few things you have to know! IT is a Gift Acts 2:38 38 Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost. There is nothing you can do to deserve it.

8.  Become born again  Be baptised  Be filled with the Holy Spirit, by laying on of hands by Spirit filled born again people  ----------------------------------------------------  THEN  Become baptized with Fire..... Luke 3:16 John answered, saying unto them all, I indeed baptize you with water; but one mightier than I cometh, the latchet of whose shoes I am not worthy to unloose: he shall baptize you with the Holy Ghost and with fire:

9.  If you are too scared to trust Holy Spirit.  If you are busy with the wrong things. You can not expect to know what your gifts are if you never pray for people or have any Faith You have to walk where the Holy Spirit leads you

10.  This is only possible with a deeper relationship with God and making yourself available for the Holy Spirit to use you. You have to be willing to sacrifice your plans for God’s plans Even if God have a plan for you in an “office” if you are busy with the wrong things you will never walk in it. Even a prophecy over you to Walk into a certain calling won't just fall in your lap, you have to walk in Yahshua’s footsteps and then you will find out where your calling is.

11.  Do you want spiritual gifts?  Are you born again?  Are you baptised?  Are you baptised with the Holy Spirit?  If all these are Yes then you have received the free GIFT  Then are you walking according to  Matthew 10:8 8 Heal the sick, cleanse the lepers, raise the dead, cast out devils: freely ye have received, freely give.

12. The biggest stumbling block for people Is the FEAR of failing.. They never even try to heal the sick Or cast out a demon because they are scared they will fail.

13.  If the spirit of God prompts you to pray for someone don't worry about the outcome just worry about your obedience, this is your responsibility.  The outcome is in God’s hands
