2. What we are doing  As part of our second level Rights Respecting Schools and our third Green Flag, we are doing a sustainability project. For this, we are going to ask each family to get and design an interesting plant pot and grow vegetables in them.  This could be old wellies, an old cart, anything.  Get creative!

3. Why are we doing this?  We plan to have a garden party at the end of the year.  The door step gardens will be judged at this. You should only be planting VEGETABLES. You will be asked to bring in your gardens to decide who has grown the best vegetables.

4.  So your task is to  find an interesting container  Fill it with organic compost  Plant vegetables like carrots that grow under the soil  Plant vegetables like peas that grow above the soil  Make it as original as you can, water it and look after your garden until your vegetables are grown.
