QUESTIONS & ANSWERS Give you time to think about the answer Alternate who answers the questions Use “I can answer that…” or “I can add to what my partner says....” Prepare an index of slides (hyperlinks)

WHEN PRESENTING Relax Be enthusiastic, confident and natural Humor is good but it must be relevant Practice, practice & practice Really get into the presentation presentation must flow with no uncomfortable pauses, abrupt endings, or “ums,” “ahs,” “you guys”

WHEN PRESENTING Don’t look at the screen giving your back to the audience. Stand off to one side so that the judges can see the slides. Don’t block your partner Don’t put your hands in pockets Watch hand gestures Project your voice Look at (not over) the judges and don’t look at one judge only

SIMPLE & CLEAR “Tell them what you are going to say, say it and tell them what you said” The presentation must flow and be logical with minimal jumping around Be careful with Fonts, colours, backgrounds, animations… You must look professional.
