13 Open discussion Thank You for Listening

14 o Member 701 Thanked the Management and committee for their efforts over the season. Member 701 asked if AGM can possibly be moved around locations and potentially earlier than August. A discussion took place among those present on the merits of doing so. o Suggested from the Floor that the AGM location is the least Concern and that the drop in members is of more concern. o Committee agreed and advised that there is constant consideration put into this, Committee are open to all ideas that may potentially aid this process. o Suggestion of holding the AGM in Thomond Park before a game was proposed. Committee advised the AGM is run after the Branch AGM as accounts have to be adopted at Branch level first. o Committee have agreed to look at how the meeting can be moved forward. o Committee advised that discussions of introducing the MRSC Junior club as a free option for the coming season are at an advanced stage and a Sponsor is in place. This is part of MRSC growth plan for the Junior Membership. o Member 4578 proposed that MRSC should have representation at Munster Branch level. Branch President advised that he would be willing to explore this proposal. Discussion Points

15 o Member 877 suggested that tickets on the Market at a perceived lower price than that of members has not helped membership growth. o Committee agreed and have confirmed that there is signed agreement with Munster Rugby that our ticket packages are the lowest available. No sale to Public of tickets at a lower or equivalent price to that of MRSC. Introduction of 2 children free to Pro12 Games (excl Leinster) is not available to Public. Redeem a 2 nd ticket to another pro12 game is you can’t attend a particular game – not available to Public. o Member 347 stated that some factors are out of MRSC Control and commended the MRSC Management and Committee on an excellent effort for the membership in utilising the factors within it’s control. o Member 29975 Proposed a Loyalty Scheme for MRSC Members to reward members that continue to Support the MRSC and Munster Rugby, to reward those Members who consistently attend games. o Jennifer Kiernan confirmed that negotiations are currently in place with vendors to supply a CRM system, this will enable MRSC and Munster Rugby to introduce such a loyalty scheme in due course. o Member 4578 proposed that Complimentary Associate Membership be provided to non members who purchase a number of individual match tickets. Thus to aid in data collection in order to assist growth of the MRSC.

16 o Member 3676 suggested that during the course of the meeting there was an overwhelmingly positivity and will from those present and that it was a pity that Munster Rugby did not have more of a presence at the meeting to witness the goodwill there. o Member 10578 asked about the suggested relationship between MRSC and Three Red Kings blog and in particular Three Red Kings proposals on aiding crowd atmosphere in our grounds. o Committee confirmed that they have been speaking with the person behind Three Red Kings and will meet with the man in the coming days and weeks. o Committee confirmed that the Free coaches to Pro12 games is to be continued from last season.
