The team core consists from staff with deep experience in relevant branch and with needed skills in designing and engineering of the steel structures in compliance with applicable standards. We are able to provide our clients with elaboration of the project, from basic design through detailed project and optimizing of the structures, incl. static and dynamic calculations, to manufacturing and assembly documentation. The operation subject: documentation of main load-bearing steel structures for technologic facilities, (boilers, tanks etc.), piping bridges forming support structures for piping systems, auxiliary steel structures for housing of piping, various support elements and housing for pressure and non-pressure vessels, flue-gas ducting and air ducts, maintenance and operation platforms, walkways, lifting, assembly and transport equipments. Our operation range includes also designing of manufacturing and assembly halls. 2 <zápatí>

<záhlaví> <datum/čas> Office: Pardubicka 244, CZ Prelouc, Czech Republic +420 466 052 523 DESIGNING AND ENGINEERING OF STEEL CONSTRUCTIONS Design and manufacturing documentation is created by means of 3D software To achieve high-quality level, minimizing of costs and reduction of time required for the documentation development itself, as well as for manufacturing and assembly, we use up-to-date software. Basis forms development of smart 3D model in the TEKLA software. This model can be further used for optimizing of the structure and its static calculation, e.g. in the SCIA software. By transferring to relevant formats, the model can be further used as reference model integrated to general model of the investment unit to indicate potential collisions or relevant revisions or modifications. With our services, the client will avoid issues during the structure manufacturing and assembly, which could occur due to incorrect or non-precise developed documentation. Additional high advantage is also saving of materials, not only due to optimizing, but also due to precise development of the project to ensure minimum waste and consequently less wearing of the manufacturing and assembly equipments and decrease of the manufacturing period. <zápatí>
