Why PORT- PVEV? 6% live around the Grand Harbour (Valletta, Cottonera, Floriana and Marsa) 14.8% of the total Maltese population lives immediately adjacent to the Grand Harbour and Marsamxetto port areas 8.6% reside along Marsamxetto harbour (Gzira, Msida. St Julians, Sliema, Ta’Xbiex)
