2 Capacity Building Plan : A sight Under National e-Governance Program (NeGP), capacity building at Central, State and local Government is a key priority. To sensitize Government officials of various departments in the implementation of e-Governance and Information Technology projects. To enable government employees to get accustomed with various existing and upcoming IT enablement programmers (MMPs) being implemented under the NeGP, as well as the State Government initiatives. In Phase-I, a total of 15 IT Regional Capacity Building Centres (RCBC) have been established now in Phase–II its cover all 51 district. RCBC would act as a catalyst, to bridge the gap of effective capacity building and training need of key government employee. To cultivate the training programs and to manage the RCBCs a Training Collaboration Unit (TCU) has been set up in MAP_IT

3 Operational Model Madhya Pradesh Agency for Promotion of IT (MAP_IT) is the nodal agency Hardware procurement and Site renovation / Interior being done by MPSeDC RCBC will function under DeGS RCBC Resources have been selected by MAP_IT and handed over to DeGS RCBC Employees will be under DeGS Training programs to be finalized by MAP_IT through TCU District / Department specific training programs may also be carried out Employees under TCU will be under MAP_IT
