2. George Furrows Lowe’s Garden Specialist - Working with Mr. Yorke on the organic gardening project behind 89C. - Mulch delivery scheduled for 5/17 for approximately 5pm. (confirmed by Lowe’s delivery schedule) - - Never clocked out at Lowe’s - - Has no alibi, but states he saw & heard the victim in 89C talking to another woman when he was making the mulch delivery - -Can’t recall the details of their conversation.

3. Jinny Rivers Science Teacher - Works in LA Unified School District - - Renaissance coodinator/leader for her Fairfax High school (5 years) - - Security camera confirms a woman fitting her description is walked towards 89C, but cameras go out and no footage available of her walking into 89C. - - Victim daily planner confirms meeting scheduled to meet Ms. Rivers at 5pm. - - She directed crime scene investigators to her lawyer for any further questions.

4. Luis Amarante IT specialist VUSD - Was on campus to replace camera fiber optic cables due to complaint by Gayle Carey. - - VUSD schedule and email trails confirm Mr. Amarante was on campus between 4:30 and 5:15pm on May 17 th 2010. - - He disconnect camera feed around 5pm to replace cables. - - He didn’t have all the parts he needed, so he returned to the ESC at 5:26pm (badge entry verified.) - -When he returned to BHS at around 6pm he noticed the door to 89C was now closed and lights were off.

5. Haynalka Fejer Math Teacher - Works at Buena High School - - Last person campus security cameras record entering 89C. - - Says she was discussing carpooling possibilities for Tuesday morning. - - She confirms that a man wearing a Lowe’s shirt was behind 89C in the garden around 5pm on May 17 th. - Friends with the victim - - Carpooled separately on Monday May 17 th because the victim was staying late at work to complete Renaissance posters. - Vaguely remembers someone (woman?) walking out of the science wing on her way to the parking lot. She did not recognize this person. - Willing to cooperate in any way possible with investigation.

6. Kim Jones Parent of Amaya Jones - - Went to meet Mrs. Judy Anderson on May 17 th unannounced because on class syllabus it states, “I will be available until 4:30 daily for meetings.” - - On May 17 th, Mrs. Jones took a short cut though Ms. Reinert’s room to Mrs. Anderson room. - Mrs. Anderson was out sick and so Mrs. Jones left shortly after she arrived. - - Any further questions must be addressed with her lawyer.

7. Tina Wright Math Teacher -Works at Buena High School - As stated in coroner’s report, found the victim at around 6:30am in 89C. - - Was picking up attendance sheets. - -Called 911 immediately - - Willing to cooperate in any way possible with investigation.
