5. www.education.state.pa.us > PDE Office for Safe Schools Climate Surveys 5 Once the code has been validated to not have been used on the computer previously, you will be directed to a survey for entry. You will notice that each question has a more information icon the you can simply mouse over to further help understand what is being requested of you for the question. There is also a Spanish version of the survey available by clicking the link at the top of each survey within the title bubble section which is illustrated within the following slide.

If there are any issue to one or more questions you will be presented with a screen similar to the image as shown below. Please address the listed issues and click the save button once again.

Thank you for completing the survey and your continued support. This is the end of instruction for this section and the start of those taking surveys by classroom or proctored setting.

Please select the login link at the top right corner of the screen, as illustrated below. You will then need to enter your username and password into the text boxes and click the button ‘Log In’.
