8 ART CLUB We're running Art Club a little differently second semester. We're focusing on 10 careers in the Arts. Each Tuesday meeting with run from 3:00-3:45 in room 2113, and a different career will be highlighted each time we meet. The cost will remain $20. 12 If you have white tokens to exchange you must go to the teacher that gave you the original token to get a replacement. Only orange tokens will be accepted at the Depot on Friday. Also, PLEASE DO NOT write your name on the tokens, that way we can re-use them! We also want to let you know that starting this Friday and throughout the rest of the quarter, tokens collected at the Depot will go into either a 6 th, 7 th or 8 th grade bin and whichever grade has the most tokens at the end of the quarter will be rewarded with a movie in the cafeteria on March 4 th. Both girls & boys are welcome! 2-DAY CLINIC – Wednesday, Feb. 17 th & Thursday, Feb. 18 th 4:30-6:30pm in the OHS Cafeteria HALF-TIME PERFORMANCE – Friday, Feb. 19 th during the Oswego vs. Plainfield North basketball game COST: $35 – includes t-shirt and 2 tickets to the game. 15 Congratulations to Rachel Barry for winning a free book from the Scholastic book fair in March! Her book recommendation was picked as the winning entry. Runners up were Grace Bachara, Anna Buan, and Kayla Kerr. Thanks to everyone who participated by writing a book recommendation in our contest.

17 Are you a super reader? The Rebecca Caudill and Tiger Tales award programs end February 22, 2016. If you have read any of these books, come to the LRC to claim your prize. After reading three books, you qualify for a free dessert! All quizzes must be done by Feb. 22.
