culture and new technologies the artist is not an educator he must remain an artist, he can: inspire look at society in a critical way guard the context look at the implications of the new technologies the artist can start a new technological invention by making a new work of art.

we suggest a strategic partnership at European level between the Department of Culture and the Department of Economy, Education and Science can be a symbol that stimulates the integration of the different worlds of culture and economy
