bq51013 vs bq51013A Comparison Change to bq51013ADescription Addition of Dynamic Efficiency Scaling Optimizes performance over wide range of output loads. The Dynamic Efficiency Scaling feature allows for the loss characteristics of the bq5101x to be scaled based on the maximum expected output power in the end application. This effectively optimizes the efficiency for each application. Addition of Adaptive Communication Limit feature Allows robust communications during high levels of load current noise In order to provide noise immunity to the communication channel, the output load transients must be isolated from the Rx coil. The proprietary feature Adaptive Communication Limit achieves this by dynamically adjusting the current limit of the regulator reducing transient errors to the system. Enhanced Dynamic Rectifier Control operation Enhancement of the power supply transient response loop to ensure maintaining regulated output during transient conditions bq51013: Based on absolute current (e.g. 100mA, 200mA, and 400mA) bq51013A: Based on percentage of system current setting programmed via the ILIM resistor.
