Technical activities Advice on policy and law 3 levels of interventions: macro (e.g. cooperative policy and law, and design of public policies / HIV/AIDS, OSH), national (e.g. work, transport and education policies), local (e.g. dialogue facilitator between public, private and local communities). Improve and sustain access to finance Level of interventions: national (e.g. formulation of financial policies), local (e.g. micro-finance/insurance tested while tracking effects on the different dimensions of DW) Capacity building Level of interventions: national and meso (e.g. financial literacy for workers’ organisations, trainings for SME managers, organisations serving entrepreneurs, governments), local (e.g. entrepreneurs, workers’)
