1 John is a sociologist who works with organisations who have complex spatial requirements in order to deliver built outcomes that support their operational requirements and cultural aspirations. He works specifically within the Higher Education, R&D and Health Sectors to create places that foster and support effective communities of practice. He specialises in developing accommodation strategies and master plans that alight to the future strategic goals of an organisation, while ensuring their day to day operational requirements are not compromised. He has a deep understanding of the spatial demands associated with the changing work place, the trend of increasingly multi and trans disciplinary research, and the changed expectations of the next generations of workers.
