19 19 Adding Labour Time Labour, the screen will accumulated time from when selecting Work status. Tap on start, finished, date or time to change info. You can enter labour & travel as many times as you like by starting a new line, then selecting labour or travel. © Crown Equipment Pty. 20 20 In the parts screen there are 3 options to enter parts, Enter Stock items allows you to search part numbers that are in stock, you can Enter the Part Number Directly or Enter a Non Stock Item. Parts are restocked Adding Parts Shows current stock in van at last replication. (i.e. start of shift) Less all parts used on jobs today. © Crown Equipment Pty. Ltd. 2015

21 21 Job Completion – (1 st Screen) This is the final call screen, enter information on this screen as required:- Add free text, if required (tap in box brings up keyboard)  Change the status to Closed or Pended to Pend the job  Enter Customer Order Number  Fair Wear = Yes or No  Enter the hour meter reading  Problem flag Job Report, if required The Customer Service Centre has to resubmit job to you again if PENDED, or can reallocate to another Service Tech to complete the job, they will get all of your parts & labour entered so far. Y – Yes N – No Note: Pended jobs create a parts replenishment the same as Closed jobs, jobs left at working status do not. © Crown Equipment Pty. Ltd. 2015

22 22 Review the job report from this screen. From here you, or the customer, can view any info that was recorded using the menu keys. Enter the name of the person signing the service job report & then the customer signs the pocket pc screen And the job will be emailed directly Allows you to scroll through the Fault Diagnosis & Inspection Report summary, then detail Tap here to erase signature.
