3. Business Proposal Equipment Cost:
Yuantel will provide the Mifi devices and Smart Phone to hotel free of charge
Settlement:
Hotel will collect charges from customer first, and settle with Yuantel monthly
Real-time Billing
Hotel is able to check in real-time the actual data usage of the customer, and generate the actual billing information
When the customer checks out from the hotel, hotel will be able to check online the actual billing needed to charge the customer

Profit = ￥120 - ￥65 = ￥55
Yuantel guaranteed profit: 70% of ￥55 = ￥38.5
Hotel guaranteed profit: 30% of ￥55= ￥16.5
Actual Profit: 70%/30% based on actual data usage
If customer only uses 100MB of data and 100m voice, the actual payment to China Unicom is about RMB￥32.
Profit = ￥120 - ￥32 = ￥88
Yuantel actual profit: 70% of ￥88= ￥61.6
Hotel actual profit: 30% of ￥88= ￥25.4
Actual Profit is always greater than or equal to Guaranteed Profit
