How Our School Organized
Our school is designed to: meet student needs help the individual child to succeed to teach responsibility for learning

What are Teams? A group of teachers who join together to solve common problems, meet common need, and accomplish common goals.

Teaming at DCMS Teams are small communities for learning where stable, close mutual, and consistency among teachers can exist for the benefit of the individual child. Relationships and knowing the individual child is central to the purpose of a team of teachers.

What is Teaming? Teams are built around common planning times so that team members can meet daily for team meetings and to focus on the student learning needs.
