1. My Trip to Singapore by: Daniel Chung Friday afternoon, I landed in Singapore at 10:00 p.m. on Korean Airlines. I saw my mom’s boyfriend, called William, and his children, Hannah and Michael. We all stayed at the Golden Landmark Hotel. It was nice. On my first day, I rode the Singapore Flyer. It’s the biggest Ferris-wheel in the world. It took us thirty minutes to go around. My grandmother and grandpa gave me 150, 000 Singaporean dollars. In Jurong, I first saw the bird show. I volunteered to feed the toucans. I also saw penguins swimming underwater. I saw smelly Flamingos, pelicans and roosters. First, I went to Vivo City to go shopping. Then I went to Toys Rus and bought some awesome toys. After a while, I went to Summerset and my mom bought me clothes from The Gap. After shopping, I went back to my hotel and went swimming with my mom and her boyfriend. At the Science Center, first I went to the Gas, Liquids and Solids display area. Then I went to the People and Body area. Finally, I went to the Solar System area. In Santosa, I rode the Monorail to the Beach Station. Then we rode the Luge ride. We rode the Skyride back up. The Skyride was a little scary. I went to the Changi Ferry Terminal to go to Bintan. We stayed at a grandiose hotel called Lagoon Hotel and Resort. There was a gargantuan, free buffet. We played Laser Tag and shot some pool. Then we went swimming. I was very downhearted because I was leaving Singapore. We said good-bye to William and Hannah. Michael got car sick on the way to the airport, so I couldn’t say good-bye to him. My plane left Singapore at 9:50 p.m. and landed in Seoul at 5:50 a.m.
