5. The annual exam will be prepared and available to all officials on the last Monday in July through the first Tuesday in November of the same year, or as determined by the TASO Football Division Board of Directors.
ALSO the question has come up if a team can watch video at half time:
The rule says you cannot watch video during the game or between periods. Half time would be considered between periods.
