Types of Individual : Age / Youth / Senior Sprint / Mid-Distance / Distance Regional / National / International Freestyle / Form / Medley Male / Female If 3 or 4 sets in one session, athletes may have to ‘self-regulate’! One coach cannot do everything for everybody!

10 All HBEST Swimmers are expected to: Work positively and productively with each other Communicate with all coaches Support the whole team (More vocal support at meets) Take on challenges positively Respect their opponents (Eg. Shaking hands after races) Bounce back from disappointment quickly Set expectations based on your level of commitment (Attendance, Effort, Skills)
