One page information sheet for carers on who to contact for information and that they can contact not just about scheduled meetings Relationship difficulties were highlighted and an information session from a Marriage Counselling service was included in the feedback session More regular phone calls to Carers to just check in More information on Headways and the range of services

Exploring smaller geographical Carers groups to minimise the impact of travel issues Holding an open day in Headway when the Clients will discuss what they do in Headway

More Carers turned up for the feedback session than participated in the consultation Changes implemented were cost neutral Use of signposting for Carers
